What we've done so far – a small selection

Our customer references are always success stories. In many cases, desperate customers turn to us after hearing statements like "That doesn't work" or "That's too much effort for us." With DuoPrint3D, they've come to the right place.

1. We made an "impossible" 3D model possible

mbs modulbauservice GmbH plans and installs modular pre-wall systems to keep productivity high and time as well as cost budgets low on construction sites.

To make the finished installation tangible for their customers in digital form in advance, they requested a 3D model from us. The fact that three other modeling service providers had already given up only spurred us on even more.

And indeed, we achieved a detailed 360° view in 3D format.

The pre-wall system with pipe routing, toilet flush, and fire protection insulation for a hotel complex was successfully implemented as a detailed, colored 3D model. 

2. Tailor-made special production from the 3D printer

At Plankontor8 Bauprojektmanagement, construction projects are planned, approved, and designed. For one project, the development of a special solution was necessary – exactly the right client for DuoPrint3D. Together with the architects, we developed a ventilation grille for a ceiling cavity. Since there were no ready-made parts or existing models, we designed the grille from scratch and were able to print a customized solutio

3. A little helper goes into serial production

FirePager's shop offers flexible pager sets with high range and battery life for youth emergency groups, construction sites, events, forwarding companies, and gastronomy. Holsters were needed for the pagers that were as robust as the devices themselves, so we got to work. With our holster and belt clip, the pagers can be attached to the belt in seconds. The holder reliably protects the device from damage and thus extends its lifespan.

Meanwhile, we have gone into series production. With about 500 units per week, our 3D printers run at full speed for around 3,600 hours a month.

4. Unique gift for the other side of the world

The Trägerverein Partnerschaft Minden-Changzhou e.V. had the idea to give their Chinese partners a special gift. Together with the association, we tinkered with a small sculpture that was intended to symbolize successful cooperation and partnership. This resulted in a fusion of the Minden Cathedral and a Chinese pagoda (in red). The small gifts were happily handed over to the Chinese partner.

The idea for the sculpture was developed and created as a 3D model. Once everything was right, it was printed in multiple quantities and presented.
