What products do we offer?

Currently, we offer products that appear small at first glance but have a great impact on the process of fire department operations.

  1. Quick-Release Fasteners
    While Velcro fasteners wear out quickly and are difficult to open with thick fire gloves, our quick-release fasteners, made of robust, heat-resistant material, can be easily clipped onto the hose basket. This saves valuable time and is safe in the long run.

  2. Identification Tags for Emergency Responders
    To facilitate communication between different fire crews, we have developed striking and, above all, unbreakable and heat-resistant identification tags that clearly show the wearer's role at a glance.

  3. Door Stopper
    The secure door stopper can be easily carried by anyone attached to their uniform and, with a flick of the wrist, can hold and secure doors open. The robust material withstands extreme heat and even the heaviest doors.

  4. Locker Hooks
    No more musty lockers! Our hooks are simply hung on the locker without any assembly. This allows towels and operational clothing to dry and air out better.

  5. Flashlight Holder
    With a custom-fit wall mount, emergency lights can be installed in buildings or in the emergency vehicle. The lights are thus securely protected and remain readily accessible at all times.

  6. FirePager with Holster and Replacement Clip
    We offer the rental of FirePager sets including a central charging station with radio control – for all types of youth emergency groups. We have specially developed the matching holster with belt clip for the pagers, which can be purchased separately.

  7. Suspension for a Breathing Apparatus Monitoring Board
    With this custom-made item, the board finally has its own place. Without assembly, it can simply be hung on a vehicle ladder using the holder. This makes it visible to everyone and conveniently usable.

How are the products for firefighters and emergency personnel manufactured?

Focusing on high quality and durability, we develop the products from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) using a 3D printer. This allows us to guarantee a high degree of individualization and rapid in-house production. Every product is 100% made in Germany.

What material are the fire department accessories made of?

All products are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). This material is known for:

Temperature Resistance
TPU can withstand extremely low and extremely high temperatures.

Flexibility
Its elasticity is extremely high without losing dimensional stability.

Robustness
TPU is break-resistant, tear-resistant, and resistant to abrasion.

Resistance to chemicals
The material is resistant to many chemicals, oils, and greases.

Transparency
TPU can be produced transparently or colored.

Damping properties
The high damping coefficient absorbs vibrations.
