Our innovation in fire fighting
Because every second counts in an emergency, we have identified and solved a problem faced by emergency services: a quick-release fastener for the hose basket, which
can be opened quickly even with thick gloves,
remains durable thanks to heat and break-proof material, and
can be cleaned easily and hygienically after use.
Common hose baskets are usually closed with Velcro fasteners. This presents several challenges in practical use – the biggest one being that opening Velcro fasteners quickly is cumbersome to impossible with thick gloves. Velcro can also wear out quickly, lose strength, and even tear in the long run. Cleaning and disinfecting after a fire operation is laborious.
Our alternative quick-release fastener for the hose basket prevents all these problems.

Material of the quick-release fasteners
We manufacture the quick-release fasteners in our own workshop from what is known as Thermoplastic Polyurethane. This material is significantly more advanced than conventional plastic. Thermoplastic Polyurethane is very flexible without losing its stability. It is heat-resistant, tear-proof, and unbreakable, thus withstanding extreme loads.
Our recommendation
We recommend two fasteners per hose basket. If the basket has a smoke curtain, three fasteners are needed. When purchasing 6 or more quick-release fasteners, you will receive a quantity discount.
