Standard Cover

Protection for the Intake
When off-roading, water and dirt are simply part of the experience. This is where our Horn Cover comes in: The cover prevents mud, moisture, and dust from entering the intake opening directly. This keeps your intake system better protected – especially during demanding off-road sections.
High-Quality ABS Material
Our Horn Covers are made from robust ABS plastic. This material is proven in the automotive sector and impresses with its excellent properties:

- impact-resistant, robust, and stable
- resistant to many chemicals, oils, and greases
- easy to clean due to a smooth surface
- ideal for painting or coating
The result is a durable cover that functions reliably even under demanding off-road conditions.
Individual Design
The cover comes standard in a matte black look that perfectly matches the off-road style of the Outlander models.
If you want to customize your quad even further, you have numerous options:
- Laser engraving with patterns, motifs, or your own logo
- Raptor Liner coating for extra robustness and a rugged off-road look
- Water transfer printing for almost unlimited design variations
Of course, the cover can also be painted or coated by yourself afterwards.
This makes the quad a real eye-catcher on the trails and in photos.
Easy Installation
Installation of the Horn Cover is quick and straightforward:
- Fastening with two small screws (not included in delivery)
- Screws pass through the upper ventilation slots of the horn/tower without damaging it
In just a few minutes, the quad is ready for use again with the new cover.
